All I want for Christams Is....

yay i get to go home tomorrow and all i want for christmas is.....to be home!!!! I told my mom that i want her to find me a man this year for christmas. That hasn't worked out so well, but oh well the single life is good. I'm so excited for next semester to start and can't wait to get it over with so it will be summer and I can spend my days either working for lounging by the pool, but mostly in the pool!!

I really hope the weather is good so i won't have to stop at a motel like my sister...i really want a four wheel drive vehicle...preferable an exterra...with this winter weather it would make me feel a whole lot safer. Maybe if i save up enough money during the summer I'll be able to get one for next winter. I am now accepting donations for a new car!! Maybe that will be my new years resolution.

Sorry its late and I'm lonely so I'm trying to stay up. I freak myself out sometimes when I'm alone and its dark. The last two nights i put a laundry basket full of clothes in front of my door (I don't really know how that would stop anybody from coming into my room, but it makes me feel safer). Tonight I emptied my basket so I don't have anything, maybe a chair. I get to go home tomorrow and sleep in my own bed :) that is if my sister doesn't take it, but I've told my mom and my other sisters to not let her, I love my bed! Anyways I guess I'll read my scriptures, that always makes me feel better, and go to sleep!! And pray for no snow tomorrow!!

DONE!!

I am done with my first semester at UVU and I'm so relieved. Finals was awful though. I had my first final at 9 and it was an in class final so i had to be there at 9. I got to the bus station at 8 so i could have time to study. I got on a new bus that went around all of orem before going to UVU. I was almost going to have a panic attack on the bus. Thankfully I got to my class on time and hopefully did well on my test. The rest of the day went ok and after I treated myself to Artic-Circle for a cheeseburger. Thank goodness its done...now i just get to start again in 2 weeks!

Its SNOWING

Its snowing and i'm so excited. I started last night and its still snowing! I love it! Anyways that's my excitement. I'm still working and going to school. Finals is next week so i've been busy with school. I'm tending and my nephews crying so I'll maybe write somemore tonight when i get to my apartment! Don't worry my life isn't very exciting so your not missing much!

LIFE

It's 10 p.m., I done with work and homework for the day so I finally have time to post something. My sister got mad at me and told me that I could do it at her house when i am tending and watching t.v. I have so many shows that i have to watch that she records for me that i don't have time to do anything else besides hold the baby and watch t.v. However, i am going to start sewing some more purses one of these days. I have two I have to make and some headbands for O!
Anyways all that happens in my life is work, school, homework, and tending. I like school, but I don't really have any friends which sucks. However I don't really mind because I get lots of homework and reading done. If anyone has read the dress books, the luxe books, the new one just came out so I am trying to read them all again so I can get the new one. Anyways, if I am lucky I will see somebody from my town and I get excited, but that doesn't happen often (its a big school, way bigger then snow) I have offically decided to do marketing! I really want to do interior design, but the only school close that offers it is the art institute and its really expensive. So I decided to finish taking all the classes i can and then do an internship. Anyways next semester some of my friends are coming and i am so excited to have people there that i actually know! WAHOO!
Work is going good. I work about everyday with at least one weekday off and sundays off, which is good. The only not good thing is that i see different things that people have made and i want to make them....I have about 2 or 3 different flower ideas to do for hair stuff. I just need more time to do it! I also really want to learn how to decorate cakes. I love the cake shows, so if anyone knows any cake decorating classes let me know. I know roberts has some that I'm going to look into someday when i have time!
Anyways thats my life these days, I don't do much, but i feel like i'm running and losing my mind! The other day I got on the wrong bus and took a nice little scenic drive around riverwoods! Thats how much I'm losing my mind and I don't like it. I need a vacation to have a breather. Hopefully I'll be able to go to Texas for thanksgiving, fingers crossed for that. I'm going to call my boss tomorrow to ask, I'm a little nervous!

I am now an offical rider of the UTA Bus system...Today was my first day and it was quite an experience...But it is all worth it. No dishing out 80 dollars for a parking pass which wouldn't be a very good parking either, not having to stress about finding a parking place, not having to pay for gas and not having to walk far. I do have to say it was very exciting. But I found a bus friend that showed me how to use the bus...thanks bus friend! Oh first day of school went well, I saw three richfield people...wahoo! My classes seem like they are going to be fun..hopefully marketing will, I'm still a little worried about that. But I think marketing and interior design go along with each other so that will be good. I think I am going to persue marketing, but we will see once this class gets under way. So wish me luck for this school year and hopefully I can make something out of myself!

First Day of School!

Yup tomorrow is my first day of school. I haven't been in school for a year and tomorrow I'm going. I am even going to ride the bus to school...I think that is what I am most nervous for. I got my bus schedule that I need to be on and today I went and got my student ID and bus pass. I am excited though to meet new people. Hopefully with the 3 hours I have to spare in between my morning class and afternoon classes I'll be able to meet new people and get some homework done so i can relax after school. I am taking intro to marketing, and two interior design classes. I am super excited about the interior design classes and maybe I can find out if they have a major for it. Well wish me luck for my first day of school!

Happy Birthday Dad!

Today is my dad's birthday. I found this picture of them from when they were first married. I think it was their engagement picture, but I think its cute. Anyways I love my dad very much and I am proud of what he has accomplished in his life. I know he is supportive in all I do and that he will always be there for me. I love his sense of humor...I am sitting upstairs and he is having scouts downstairs. While they were doing the scout oath at the end of it they say, a scout is........and at the end they say and is annoying. I am thankful that I can have the parents I have.
Anyways today we just got done with dinner. Before jake, mom and me tried to sing the happy birthday song, but we tried three different times and just got past the happy birthday part. We are not very in tune and don't sing
very well. But its ok hopefully he liked it. I love ya dad and am thankful for what you give me, even though most of the time you don't know what your giving me...ha ha but what can I say I love to shop! Love you tons, and happy birthday :)
