I had every intention of redoing my blog this past week, but a change of plans had me babysitting. So thats what I did all week, spent quality time with my neices and nephews!! Hopefully I'll get to it next week, but don't count on it I have to get ready for my family reunion which i'm so excited for. Don't worry I'll post pictures of that, becuase I love it and can't wait!!!
Everybody has been saying that i need to update my blog, but don't worry i will! I am planning on redoing it; however, with school and with work i haven't had much time. I will be updating it this week, with whats going on in my life, pictures, and a little surprise!! Be patient it will come!!
We watched some games then headed out for lunch. Of course whenever i go to St. George I have to go to Mongolian BBQ (if thats how you spell it). I love it and wish I could go everyday. I am going to have to find a good one up here so i can go more often.
We went to watch some softball games that mandy wanted to watch and then we went to the temple. I have never been up close to the temple and it was huge. It seemed so white up close, but it was so pretty. After that we headed home. It was a good weekend, but it was too short. Sorry the pictures are so small. It's probably because I copied them from facebook!
I have been blog stalking while my roommate watches Desprate House Wives and I want a HOUSE!! I love looking at different craft blogs and love all the of the decorations that are on them! I want a house so I can decorate it and give it my style instead of an apartment that i have to worry about what my roommates want. I want to paint and give it my style! I have always loved interior design and love the classes that I am taking right now about design. However, i have opted out of majoring in it and have decided to just do it for myself and my family. I LOVE DECORATING AND BEING CRAFTY!! Here is my favorite decorating blog!
yay i get to go home tomorrow and all i want for christmas is.....to be home!!!! I told my mom that i want her to find me a man this year for christmas. That hasn't worked out so well, but oh well the single life is good. I'm so excited for next semester to start and can't wait to get it over with so it will be summer and I can spend my days either working for lounging by the pool, but mostly in the pool!!
I really hope the weather is good so i won't have to stop at a motel like my sister...i really want a four wheel drive vehicle...preferable an exterra...with this winter weather it would make me feel a whole lot safer. Maybe if i save up enough money during the summer I'll be able to get one for next winter. I am now accepting donations for a new car!! Maybe that will be my new years resolution.
Sorry its late and I'm lonely so I'm trying to stay up. I freak myself out sometimes when I'm alone and its dark. The last two nights i put a laundry basket full of clothes in front of my door (I don't really know how that would stop anybody from coming into my room, but it makes me feel safer). Tonight I emptied my basket so I don't have anything, maybe a chair. I get to go home tomorrow and sleep in my own bed :) that is if my sister doesn't take it, but I've told my mom and my other sisters to not let her, I love my bed! Anyways I guess I'll read my scriptures, that always makes me feel better, and go to sleep!! And pray for no snow tomorrow!!
I am done with my first semester at UVU and I'm so relieved. Finals was awful though. I had my first final at 9 and it was an in class final so i had to be there at 9. I got to the bus station at 8 so i could have time to study. I got on a new bus that went around all of orem before going to UVU. I was almost going to have a panic attack on the bus. Thankfully I got to my class on time and hopefully did well on my test. The rest of the day went ok and after I treated myself to Artic-Circle for a cheeseburger. Thank goodness its done...now i just get to start again in 2 weeks!
