New Apartment

Well today I moved into my apartment....and now it's 12:45 in the morning and I have finally time to sit down and be partially moved in. There are 6 living in the apartment, but hopefully I can luck out and not get a roommate (she didn't show up today). I am living with Kenzie (who I have lived with throught all my college life) and her sister. There are two other girls that we live with now that are nice.....but they are pigs!!!! There is random stuff in all different cupboards, and there is no extra storage to be spared so it makes it ten times worse! We spent all night tonight organizing the kitchen and there is still food in all different places. Hopefully by the end of this week we can have everything organized and up to our expectations. However, they have decorated the apartment pretty dang cute, so i won't have to worry about that. I will post some pictures later, but now I hear my book and bed calling my name.....

My Texas Family

Pila, Jamie and the kids came this last sunday. I was so excited to see them, along with everyone else. The kids have all grown so big. and our big chunk misi learned how to walk while he was away from us..but he didn't know us very well so he didn't like us that much. This week we celebrated Ami and Misi's birthdays by eating cake and ice cream and opening presents. Yesterday Janelle and Alyssa came down and today we went to the 24th parade. It was fun to watch the kids get all the candy they could and get so excited over it. They are so cute. But sad to say that I have to go back to Provo tonight because I start school tomorrow. Good thing they are staying a while so i will be able to see them lots more.

Happenings in July!!

July has been a fun busy month and it has gone by way to fast! First of all on the 4th of July weekend was our annual Meyer family reunion. It is always fun to see all the family again and spend time playing games and doing different activities with them. We went to the parade, went to Dry Wash and ate, and ate, and ate! It was way fun.

July has been a busy month for planning a wedding..no not mine, Jaliz's. She is the first of my sisters to get bridal pictures taken. So when the big day came my mom and jerika came up from richfield and we went to thanksgiving point to watch her. I don't think she liked us watching very much, but it was fun to see all the beautiful gardens at thanksgiving point. It made me want to buy a dress just to get my pictures taken in it.

Pageant

I know this is really late, but i just barely got my pictures on the computer from my camera. Anyways I haven't been to the Pageant for a long time, but this year we went. We went with my old roommate Mandy, it was fun to see her again. Needless to say I fell asleep. Maybe next year I will be able to go and not fall asleep.

New Addition

I would like you all to notice my new addition to my playlist. Stop and Stare by OneRepublic. Good Song! If anyone has that cd then I would like to burn it from you because I love them. Please let me know or I might just have to bust out my money and go buy it! Oh and Jordin Sparks if anyone has her new cd then I would like that too. However, I really don't know if she has a new cd or not but i really love her song that is on the top of my playlist!! And if anyone knows how to put video's on blogs I would love to know how!

Mom's little baby!

My mom has always told us kids that we cannot have a cat or a dog living in the house. However, she got hooked. This is my mother's little baby. This last weekend we took her to Blanding to the Family Reunion and my dear mother had to know where gracie was ALL THE TIME! she is obsessed! However, thank goodness she doesn't dress her up and have a special little stroller for her. But good thing gracie is around she keeps my mom company when there is no one else around. She is her little baby!

Like It.......Don't Like?

Well I always like to change my hair and one day I was looking in one of my Woman's Day Magazine (ha ha don't ask) and I saw this cute hair style. I really liked the side swept bangs. But I just can't decide because I strongly think that some people should have bangs and some shouldn't....should I? Here is a picture of how it would look. I really want my long hair back but I think that after I get back from Tonga and not being able to have my hair cut for so long I will be able to have these layers and my long hair. I also love love love my hair dark but I don't like all the keep up...so any suggestions on what I should do let me know!
